The laaast daaay!! *whimper*

Well, here I am on my last day at home. I leave for Miracle Mountain Ranch at 4:30 tomorrow morning. I'm as nervous as a mouse about to raid the kitchen where the cat sleeps. At the same time, I'm excited! I love flying! I just hope we don't get lost...
Katie Redman is spending the night with us tonight, and then in the morning we're all headed to the airport where we'll meet up with Andrew N and Jeremiah W. I hope they have had more airport navigational experience than I have. Sure, I've flown on planes I don't know how often, but not since I was 15. Here I am 4 years later, and I'm just a giddy as an elementary school girl.

I keep reminding myself that God is the One in control here. He is the whole reason I'm going to Miracle Mountain Ranch Missions, and if He doesn't want me to go, then I don't want to either. Just thinking about that sets my mind at ease. Nothing is out of His control. If we only will step back and let Him drive, things will go a lot smoother.

*sigh* Lord, please help me today and tomorrow. I acknowledge my weakness, and my need for Your guidance. Please give everyone involved in this trip a clear head to be able to find our way in the terminals. Remind us girls, that the guys need to be the ones leading us, and give us the ability to offer suggestions without threatening their place. This will be especially hard for me, being the oldest in the group, and an oldest child besides... as none of them are. Please remind me that YOU are my head and leader, and these are the ones You have chosen to speak Your will to me. Give me grace and strength to encourage them. Please give me peace that passes understanding so I won't freak out if we miss the plane. :)

One more thing, if I'm forgetting to pack something, could you please reveal that to me BEFORE we leave the house? Never the less, not my will , but Yours be done.

May we be a light and a witness wherever we go.
